How do I apply to the College?

Applications must be submitted through the online application portal during the published application period. Applicants are required to complete all sections of the application form and upload the required supporting documents before submitting the application.

What documents must I submit with my application?

Applicants are required to upload:

  • A certified copy of their Identity Document (ID)

  • Certified copies of Matric Certificate

  • Proof of residence (if required by the College).

  • Marriage Certificate

  • Any additional documents specifically requested by the College during the application process.

If any required document is missing, your application may not be processed.

How do I know if my application was submitted successfully?

Once your application has been submitted successfully, a confirmation message and application reference number will be provided. You should keep this reference number for future enquiries.

Can I save my application and complete it later?

Yes. You may save your application and return to complete it before the application closing date.

Can I change my application after submitting it?

Once an application has been submitted, certain information may no longer be editable. If changes are required, please contact Student Affairs.

How can I check the status of my application?

You can log in to the application portal at any time to view the current status of your application.

Applicant has been successfully accepted.

Unsuccessful

Application was not successful.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Use the Forgot Password option on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.

I made a mistake on my application. What should I do?

Please contact Student Affairs and provide your application reference number.

How will I know if I have been accepted?

Applicants will be notified through the application portal and any other official communication channels used by the College.

What happens after I have been accepted?

Accepted applicants will receive instructions regarding registration and any additional steps required before commencing their studies.

Can I apply for more than one programme?

What should I do if I experience technical problems while applying?

Please provide the following information when requesting assistance:

  • Full name

  • Application reference number (if available)

  • Screenshot of the error

  • Description of the issue

Can somebody apply on my behalf?

Applicants should ideally complete and submit their own applications. Assistance may be provided where necessary; however, the applicant remains responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted.
